From calculations, only the circumference of the head is needed. No counting rows and stitches!

For this project I used DROPS Baby Merino Uni Color (100% Wool):
191 yds (175 m)/1.8 oz (50 g).

I bought two balls per each color. My head circumference is 54 cm and I used up 134 g for my beanie hat in total.
