Knitting pattern for lace scarf with diagonal motif. This is a great pattern for knitters who want to start working on lace!

MATERIALS

1 pair of straight needles US 8 (5mm) for Cast on and Bind Off
1 pair of straight needles US 7 (4.5mm)
Approx. 250 yds. (230 mts.) of lace weight yarn. You can use more or less, depending on the length you want for your scarf.

TECHNIQUES USED

CO: cast on
yo: yarn over
K2tog: knit 2 stitches together
P: purl
K: knit
BO: bind off.
