A fun introduction to mosaic knitting, this cover features a two-color design that is worked using just one color per row. The coiled fringe makes a nice girly topper, but this cover would be equally as elegant for a man by simply replacing the fringe with a pompom.

Materials

• Malabrigo Worsted Weight Yarn (216 yards per 3.5 oz); 1 skein each color: G 11 Apple Green, P 39 Molly and W 602 Pale Khaki
• US 5/3.75 mm straight needles
• US 7/4.5 mm straight needles
• Scissors
• Darning needle
• Pompom maker

Gauge
20 sts/24 rows = 4 in/10 cm in stockinette on larger needles
