This is a pattern for a light and lacy shawl. All three of the stitches are traditional Shetland stitches

This shawl is knitted with fingering weight yarn. The shawl is 21 1/2 inches x 74 inches. However, there are instructions contained within the pattern for: Stole: 15 inches wide, Large Shawl: 25 inches wide, Wide Scarf: 13 -inch-wide, and a Traditional Scarf: 8 ½ inches wide,

The stitches are charted ONLY.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a very good working knowledge of lace knitting)

There are also instructions for an optional crocheted border, should you want it edged.
