The Diamond sweater vest is worked with circular knitting needles bottom up, at first in the round for the body and then in rows for bust part after having divided in half the number of stitches. At first the back is worked, by creating the armholes with decreases; afterwards the front (we have to make decreases for the armholes and for the V-neck, by separating the right front and the left front). Once the front and the back are joined, we make the border of the 2 armholes and of the V-neck.

Il gilet Diamond è lavorato con i ferri circolari dal basso verso l’alto, prima in tondo per la parte del corpo, poi in piano una volta separato il lavoro: prima la parte della schiena (crean- do il giromanica con delle diminuzioni) e poi il davani (vengono create le diminuzioni sia per il giromanica che per lo scollo a V, separando il lavoro per il davanti destro e sinistro). Una volta uniti il davanti ed il retro, vengono fatti i giromaniche e il bordo dello scollo.
