This delicately patterned scarf was originally designed in traditional stitches by the Jamieson sisters of Unst. The Jamieson family have had the honour of knitting fine scarves and shawls for the Royal family since Victorian days. Queen Victoria Herself wore one of their lace shawls and set a great fashion for them. This wonderful wool lace adds equal beauty and dignity to present day dress.

1 pair no 10 needles (old English size) Converts to 3.25mm or US 3.

Gauge
20 sts to 3” and 31 rows to 3” after pressing.
