This throw is nice and easy for beginners with only single crochet and bobble stitches.

I used a USA style worsted weight yarn (5x 200g skeins) and a 8mm hook so that the throw wouldn’t be stiff as it’s predominantly single crochet.

The Diamond Bobble Throw is really versatile and has notes for changing the size of the throw with the starting chain formula, so really you can use any yarn and hook size combo you prefer and simply adjust your starting chain length to suit your desired size.
