This is my first design of a few that I have been working on. I was actually working on a different version of the pattern when I saw my skein of treasure sitting there and thought, “Why yes, that would be brilliant!”. This pattern is inspired by the movie Moulin Rouge.

Even if you’re a slow knitter, these knit up pretty quick! The first one took me a while since I was writing the pattern and working on the charts as I went, checking for errors. But the second one went very quick (and I’m a pretty slow knitter)!
