Thank you for taking a look at my Diamond Dayze Scarf pattern. This is a fun and funky design that I was inspired to create from my love of watching the stars on a summer’s night. After a hot Australian summers day as the sun goes down, often so does the temperature. Don’t get me wrong, it is by now means cold, but a light breeze often finds us searching for something light to pop around our shoulders and neck. The diamonds in this pattern are my way of bringing a summers nights stars down to wrap you in. You can also make this pattern to use as a table runner or bed runner….it is that pretty you will want it to sparkle in all parts of your life. So I hope you decide to make this scarf and allow me to bring a little Diamond sparkle to your crochet.

Materials Required:

420 metres/ 460 yards (200gms/7oz) of 10ply 100% cotton in total. (I used Fibra Natura Cotton Royal Color Waves x 2 cakes)
You can use an 8 ply cotton also and any composition of yarn would suit such as acrylic, cotton blends, wool or wool blends. I just choose to work in cotton predominantly due to our warmer climates.
You will also need a 5mm and 4.5mm Crochet Hook. (for the 10ply) Adjust accordingly to your yarn choice.
Scissors, Stitch Markers, Yarn Needle, Row Counter are also required to complete the scarf.

Skill Level - Beginner (You need to have a knowledge of basic crochet stitches and be a able to read a pattern.)
