I used a traditional print to make something modern and a little funky.

Designed as a first intarsia project, this pattern is perfect for practicing basic intarsia techniques in a variety of stitch patterns.You can make both mitts with diamonds, one of each pattern as shown, or both hands with the houndstooth pattern. The knitter has a choice of when to move to the next level of complexity.

These mitts are knit flat and seamed at the end. The colorwork is charted.
