A very challenging pattern for the adventurous lace knitter. This pattern puts the classic diamond lace pattern in the round; the start of the rounds changes over time! This pattern does not scale easily, either in width or length, so do the swatch and check the numbers first to save a headache later.

Uploaded new PDF with corrections. A minor offset error in Round 3 made a major headache. All better now.

This lace STRETCHES. I made an adult version and it stretched nearly three inches over a week of wearing it. I will have to revise this pattern to accommodate the extreme stretch.

This pattern is completely revised; the crown is reworked for a better fit and nicer pattern flow. The yarn was also changed to reflect my model’s preferences. Errors in the previous pattern were corrected.
