I made my first pair of mitts last fall with some thick alpaca yarn and I absolutely loved them. They kept my hands warm and I still had the use of my fingers! But they didnʼt look so great with evening attire. So I wanted to make a dressier pair; thus the diamond mitts were born. This yarn is wonderful. It feels great in your hands and it knits up very nicely; it has good stitch definition. I love working with it! You will feel very elegant wearing these.
