Needles:
3.75mm circular hat needle
3.75mm Double Pointed needles are not essential but might be useful for finishing the crown shaping

Finished Size:
Circumference of 16”/40cm unstretched; Height of 7.5”/19cm

Gauge:
19st = 10cm in stockinette stitch

Skills Used:
Knitting, purling, circular knitting, increasing and decreasing, twist stitches

Extra Information:
If you want to alter the circumference of the hat, the twist pattern has a 12 st repeat so you can change the number of cast on stitches by adding or subtracting multiples of 12. To make the hat taller you can carry onto row 24 of the twist pattern the second time(you can repeat the pattern however many times you would like to and could finish on any row but rows 12 and 24 are the neatest to finish on).
