This triangle shaped shawl is knitted from the bottom up. The pattern is written to allow you to make this shawl as small or as large as you would like. I suggest using DK weight or lighter yarn, with at least 350 yards at DK weight or more to achieve a decent size shawl. The pattern includes written directions and a chart. This is my first knitting pattern that I have written, and has been test knitted. For needle sizes you will want to use a needle size that is 2-3 sizes larger than what is recommended for the weight of yarn that you use.
