The stitches used in this pattern are Chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, and double crochet 3 together (dc3tog) and double crochet 6 together (dc6tog) which is explained how to do.
Pattern is written in US terms.
A chart is included in the pattern for UK/AUS including crochet terms, yarn weights and hook sizes.

If you are like me you choose a blanket by the stitch/pattern first and not the size. Did you ever see a blanket you really Love but the pattern is for a baby blanket? Or it is baby blanket size and you want to make a large afghan. Not a problem here….Every one of my patterns includes the pattern repeat so that you can make it ANY size you can even make a scarf.

The multi-color blanket in the first photo was made with Knit Picks Sport Weight yarn. 3.5 oz. /100g skeins. One skein of each of the following colors was used: Solstice Heather, Cream, Tranquil, Umber Heather, Camel Heather, and Heather Grey. I used a size H-8/5.00 mm hook. It measures 28” wide x 44” long (71cm x 111 cm).

Eggplant and white blanket was made with knit picks Bulky Weight yarn. 3.5 oz. /100 g skeins. I used 5 skeins white and 5 skeins eggplant. I used a size J-10/6.5mm Hook. It Measures 32” wide x 50” long (81 cm x 127 cm)
