The diamond waffle stitch beanie is a stylish, slouchy, elegant hat that I designed after discovering the beautiful diamond waffle stitch. It is definitely one of my favorite stitches.

As my first pattern, designing a hat was a brand new experience for me, but I found it to be quite fun, and I’ve since created many more of these hats in many different colors. I personally think this hat looks the best in a single, solid color, so that no texture is lost, but feel free to do whatever you like color-wise.
