This pattern was designed so I could have a scarf to match my Diamond Waffle Stitch Hat Pattern. It is easy to customize so that it can be any length you want. You can even make it so that it is not a joined infinity scarf by following the special instructions in the pattern.

This scarf also looks good in a single color, but on my first attempt, I ran out of the first color of yarn. I used two skeins of I love this yarn in an unknown burgundy color in my first successful attempt at making the entire scarf a single color. If you want to make the scarf and the hat, you could probably get away with two skeins of one color, but I’m always careful, so I buy a third skein, and just save it when I don’t use it.
