This pattern is available for free.

A pretty but also warm and cosy beanie which is very quick to make.

It uses front post double crochet throughout the main body of the hat, with a single crochet band and contrast edging to finish off.

A button and a flower can be added as an embellishment.

You will need:
1 skein worsted weight yarn (grade 4, aran, 10ply)
small amount of contrasting yarn
5mm hook
1 button
yarn needle

I will be working on other sizes, but for now, I hope you enjoy this one.
