This pattern is for the Diana Ribbed Baby Skirt, which matches with the Diana Cuffed Booties (Padders) and the Diana Ribbed Beanie.

All three patterns (all available where you see this pattern for sale) are currently written for age 6-12 months.

The skirt is ribbed, in worsted weight yarn, so is going to be warm and cosy in the coming Autumn/Winter.

It has two straps around the waist, which fasten on to 4 buttons, so that the skirt can be adjusted from as small as 16” waist up to 22” waist. The length is 9 ins (22 cm) but this can be made shorter or longer as you wish.

You will need:
5mm hook
2 skeins worsted weight (aran/ 10ply) in main Colour A, and a small amount of yarn in Colour B (for the edgings and tie cord).

The skirt comprises of an optional inner facing on the waistband, so that any belt/tie/straps do not irritate baby’s tummy.
