This Knit Hat is perfect for both: children and adults. You may also wear this hat as a slouchy hat, or fold the brim, and wear as a beanie. The hat is working in the round. There is no carrying of yarn across the back of the work. To make this hat, I use the slip stitch pattern.

Includes PATTERNS for the Knit Hats in four sizes:
Toddler - 19.0” head circumference;
Child - 21.0” head circumference;
Teen/Adult - 22.0” head circumference;
Adult - 24.0” head circumference;
All sizes have a lot of stretch, and easily fit larger than normal.

Materials Needed:
Two colors of Caron Simply Soft (100% acrylic 6 oz/170g; 315 yds/288m), or other worsted weight yarn.
Double Pointed Knitting Needles: US size 8 / 5 mm.
Circular needle: US size 6 /4 mm, 16” /40 cm long, and US size 8 /5 mm, 16” /40 cm long; OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE.

Skill level: EASY
Working in the round
k - knit
k2tog - knit two stitches together
p - purl
sl - slip
All my patterns include required skill levels, sizes, materials, gauges, finished measurements, stitch abbreviations, stitch counts and pictures. Also, some patterns include schematics for the lace patterns to supplement the written instructions.
