This v-neck oversized vest knitting pattern is an excellent choice for beginners.
It works up quickly, utilizing basic stitches and requiring minimal shaping.

Drawing inspiration from the timeless elegance of Diane Keaton, the Diane Vest is an ideal enhancement for your everyday wardrobe.
You can knit it using either cotton or wool yarn, making it a versatile piece you’ll love to wear for years to come.

Diane Vest is knitted from bottom upwards in two separate panels: front and back.
For the body you can use straight or circular needles working back and forth.
Once knitted the body, you sew shoulders and body sides. Next, you finish armholes and neckline by picking up stitches and working them in the round with circular needles.
