Dice Bag Trio
Pattern works for both right and left-handed crocheters, just remember to keep track of the right-side-facing. (One of my testers is a lefty and we had a discussion where she stated that my version of the crocodile stitch was easier to follow than others.)
The instructions are easily adjusted to make both wider and taller.
No specific yarn is needed (light to medium weights suggested).
The base and tops of all three bags is the same, so you can even mix and match the stitches used to make your own special creation when it comes to the body of the bag.
This is a written-out pattern, but all abbreviations are explained at the beginning.
Photo tutorials are included for better understanding my version of the crocodile stitch. Since there are pictures included, I’ve also made a second version that is printer-friendly.
The instructions will help you make three bags:
a close mesh style (similar to the moss stitch)
a “fake braid” using crossed double crochet
a fantasy scale bag using my version of the crocodile stitch.
Happy hooking, from my hands to yours!
