Die Hard Is a Christmas Cowl is knit in the round in one piece from the bottom to the top using stranded colorwork techniques. An alternate “censored” chart is included for those who don’t fancy wearing F-bombs. After blocking it measures approximately 24 inches in circumference and 8 inches from cast on to bind off, with notations indicating where the pattern can be altered for a taller cowl.

The pattern is primarily in chart form, with written instructions where applicable.

Note: this is an intermediate/advanced pattern that does NOT include instructions for knitting in the round, stranded colorwork, reading charts, Backwards Loop Cast On, and Interlock Bind Off. For the aspiring knitter, many fantastic tutorials for these techniques are just a Google search away.
