Dimetrodon - Not a dinosaur but a non-mammalian synapsid from the Early Permian, 295–272 mya.
Seymouria was an amphibian tetrapod with reptilian features, well adapted to living on land and is thought to be one of the Dimetrodon’s prey animals. Early Permian 280-270mya.
You will need two skeins of yarn in contrasting colours, my square weighs 55 grams.
The pattern is 47sts by 58 rows done in double knitting, and comes out at 10 inches square on 4mm needles.
You could use thicker yarn and larger needles for a larger square if you wish.
