Dimma clutch
Dimma means fog in Swedish. The colors of this little clutch remind me of fog rising during the dark autumn months.
Dimma clutch can be used as a little handbag or as a project bag for small knitting projects such as socks. It would even make a perfect toiletry bag for travelling. This is an easy little project suitable even for beginners. The clutch knits up quickly so it is also a perfect last minute gift project or something to give you instant gratification and sense of accomplishment. And did I already mention how it makes a stylish addition to any look?
You only need a small amount of each color, so get your leftover skeins out of your stash and start planning your favorite fades!
You work with two strands of yarn at the same time throughout the whole project. At first, you will be working with two strands of the main color, but later change to working with two strands of different color yarns.
Size
One size
Finished measurements:
• Length 25.5 cm / 10 inches
• Height 15.5 cm / 6 inches
Height and length of the clutch can easily be adjusted by adding or decreasing the number of rounds in each color section and/or casting on more or less stitches. Note, that this will affect the amount of yarn needed to complete the clutch.
