Ding! Dong! is entirely customisable and suitable for beginner knitters, and those who want to try working from a chart for the very first time. The hook is needed only to attach the tassels. No crochet was involved in the creation of the wrap.

You can work the instructions to create your own version of the prototype in any aran or worsted weight yarn, or create a swatch to enable you to make Ding! Dong! in any yarn with any needles you desire.

Switch off all televisions, wind up the clocks, put on the kettle and your favourite soaring music. The brass band music of England’s glorious northern coalfields is particularly recommended.
