Dino just wants to be knit and let loose to play. This pattern is written to be used with the wonderful left over DK weight yarn. Because Dino is knit with smaller needles - Size 4 - there is more shaping and personality. you can knit with strips or just add polka dots. Pattern tells you when to start strips (if wanted) or Duplicate stitch on some polka dots as many or as few as you want. (suggestion for polka dot shape are given but specific round by round instructions for dots are not included).

Dino is knit in the round and the legs and spikes are sewn on. Decorate your toy and you can be done in a day.
