A young friend recently introduced me to the Percy Jackson series of books by Rick Riordan, and I was instantly hooked. These socks were inspired by the character Dionysus, the god of wine, grapes and fertility. Wild vines start at the cuff and wind down the leg to spill over the heel, paired with lush leaf panels that weave themselves together in a riot of lace to create a sock fit to wear to any party.
