2018 With Heart Dishcloth Pattern is the end result or should I say the continuation of my 2014 With Heart Dishcloth Pattern. In the summer of 2014, I was invited to a bridal shower. Wanting to choose a theme for my gift I decided on “2014”. As you know, I try to knit up a few dishcloths for my gift toppers; whether baby or bridal shower. After finding out her kitchen colors I designed “2014” as my gift topper and knitted up three. The bride was very happy and mentioned she appreciated all the thought I put into her gifts.

The dishcloths were such a hit at the shower I decided to write the pattern for both my Ravelry and Craftsy shops. The design was more of a hit than I could have imagined. Because it was so loved and downloaded so many times I decided to continue the pattern annually. I shoot for the first week in December to put the pattern up for the coming new year. Each year I receive emails from knitters in appreciation for posting the pattern so early. It’s not only a fabulous Christmas Stocking stuffer but great hostess gifts for the New Years Eve parties we all attend.

Measures: 10 1/2” x 10 1/2”.

I knitted this dishcloth up for yours truly. I prefer a large dishcloth; hence the larger size. If you prefer a smaller dishcloth simply adjust your needle size and/or use a yarn that will give you a smaller gauge.
