Not the loop stitch. Not ruffle yarn. This boa can made with just about any DK or worsted weight yarn that catches your eye. It’s worked with a variation of the astrakhan stitch. Unlike the loop stitch, which is created by making a yarn loop, the astrakhan loop is chain stitches, which are sturdier and easier to make.
