DIY Dish Cloth
Easy DIY dish cloth.
This is what I do when I’m in between projects and don’t know what else to cast on my needles: dish cloths.
It’s an easy project, a fun way to pass the time, and a fine home made present when you are short of time. And they are reusable - not a bad thing!
You can use any similar cotton yarn.
This is how you do it:
CO 70 sts using needle size 3 mm.
row 1: k5, p5 until end.
row 2: p5, k5 until end.
rows 3-6: as rows 1-2.
row 7: p5, k5 until end.
row 8: k5, p5 until end.
rows 9-12: as rows 7-8.
Work rows 1-12 eight times in all. BO on next row as the sts appear.
Weave in ends and wash before use.
Finished measurement approx. 27 cm x 28 cm.
