DK and Worsted Willow
Another version of this pattern exists for fingering weight: click here!
After making so many of the original Willow Cowl, I realized that the same concept would work for a thicker yarn, so this pattern includes everything you need to get the most out of that too-beautiful-to-knit-with skein, be it worsted or DK.
NOTE: The needle size and gauge listed above are for the worsted weight option. You will receive a pattern that has the instructions for both!
Below is the complete information you need for both worsted and DK weights. The information for DK is in brackets.
Needles: 5mm (4mm) 16” circular
Notions: stitch marker, darning needle, circular needle in the same or smaller size as above
Gauges: Worsted: 20 sts and 26 rows, DK: 22 sts and 30 rows = 10cm/4” in stocking stitch
