DK Daisy Chain Mittens is a reversible design, knitted sideways with two seams (grafts). It is worked in marled garter stitch with two strands of different colour yarn held together. The double knit motif is worked in stockinette with yarns separated for front and back.

SIZES
S (M, L) to fit hand circumferences 6.4 (7.0, 7.75) inches /16 (18, 20) cm
YARN
Two single ply or lightly twisted 2-ply fingering yarns in contrasting colours. The fabric might be too thick if made with a high twist plied sock yarn.

Yarn A 200 yds (183m) / 50g Singles Sock by Maruma Yarns
(100% Merino; 420yds (366m) / 100g), purple
Yarn B 210 yds (192m) / 50g Tosh Merino Light by Madelinetosh + Shibui Knits (100% SW Merino; 420yds (384m) / 100g), Lovegrass
GAUGE
26 sts x 44.5 rows in 4 in (10 cm) in garter stitch
1 flower (6 sts x 6 ridges) = 0.9 x 1.4 in (2.3 x 3 cm)
TOOLS AND NOTIONS
➰ pair US 1.5/2.5mm 32in/80cm circular needles
➰ pair US 1.5/2.5mm DPN needles
➰ blunt tapestry needle
➰ stitch markers
➰ waste yarn in DK weight and a contrasting colour
