FLATIMAL - DOG
When children draw animals and Mom just crochets them like that. :)
Inspired by children‘s drawings the Flatimals were created.
Leave them empty and you get a wonderful cuddly toy.
Put something exciting in them and you get an awesome sensory toy. Those are especially
fascinating for babies and toddlers. For filling you could use for example flat beads, crinkle foil or flat squeakers.
All steps are explained in detail in words and pictures, so this pattern is suitable for (practiced) beginners as well.
This pattern contains 8 pages of crochet instructions and 15 pages of detailed step-by-step instructions.
Used techniques (US crochet terms): magic ring, chain, slip stitch, single crochet.
The figures are crocheted in continuous rounds/spirals as well as back and forth in rows.
With Sport weight yarn and 3.0 mm hook the Dog gets to be about 15 cm long and 12 cm tall.
You need it smaller or bigger? No problem! Simply use lighter or heavier yarn.
