These adorable dog/cat paw chair socks will keep your chairs from scraping your floors or making loud noises when you move them around.

A tapered version and a straight version are included together in this pattern.

The pattern is for beginners/intermediate beginners, it’s in US terminology, and it’s worked in the round.

Stitches used include:
slip stitch
chain
magic circle
single crochet
half double crochet
increase
invisible decrease (recommended, or you can use a normal decrease)
fasten off
change color

This pattern includes links to a few video tutorials for specific techniques, tons of pictures, and descriptive instructions to make sure you succeed!

The finished sock is approximately 2.5 inches tall, and has a top diameter of 1.5 inches. The tapered sock has a diameter of approximately 1 inch at the bottom. It also includes instructions on how to make your sock bigger if it doesn’t fit your specific needs.

Yarn used is a size 4 medium/worsted weight and a size 4mm hook is used.

Materials needed include acrylic yarn, stitch markers, scissors, and yarn needle.
