These placemats for your pet are hand-crocheted. The idea came about because our dog really should have been born a pig. She gets food everywhere when she eats. We decided to put a placemat under bowls to contain the mess. It WORKED! I used neutral colors for my dog’s placemat because it doesn’t show the dirt and fur as much as light or bright colors. However, the placemats can be made in any color you want. These are easily washed in a washing machine and can be dried in the dryer.

The heart is interchangeable with the cat and dog placemat. I made a little mouse for cat placemats and a bone for dog placemats.
