Measurements:
Easy adjustable for length and width to fit a XS to XXL size dog. The XS size will nicely fit a cat neck.

Materials:

• 4mm knitting needles
• 40yds(XS,S) 50yds(M,L), 60yds(XL,XXL) DK/light weight blue cotton yarn.
• 8-10yds white yarn same weight as main yarn
