Some you might have already purchased the original version of this pattern, but since I made major changes to the shoulder shaping of the sweater, I decided to repost it as an entirely new pattern. So, Here it is….. And

Why aren’t there more pants for dogs? Why shouldn’t their tiny behinds be as warm as their fronts?Because no one has come up with a knitting pattern that works. Well here is one that does! It is meant to fit snugly on your loved one. As a tight knit, when finished it should move with him/her and not allow for ‘pull through’ of paws. It can also act as a security garment for those dogs with anxiety issues. It is designed to fit both male and female animals, so they can go to the bathroom without removing or soiling their clothing.

The pattern is written with photos to provide the clearest instructions. However, it is complicated and not for beginning knitters. Intermediate knitters will even be able to adjust lengths with some review of the straight knitting sections, for an even better custom fit.

Although I have stated a whole ball of yarn for each colour, depending on the size you can get more than one outfit out of that much yarn.
