This is an easy pattern for a cover for 9” x 12” roll of 15 waste bag refills (aka “doggy-doo” bags). I use the bags to scoop my kitty litter into…I figured if it was good for dogs, it would also be good for cats :) I hang it from a door knob, close to where my cat’s kitty litter is.

I used a 5 mm hook and a small amount of #4 weight yarn, but you can use whatever yarn and hook you want…you may just need to adjust the length of your work to fit the roll of bags.
