This crochet pattern includes instructions for a beautiful Doll Sweater Dress. This dress is designed specifically to fit an 18” American Girl Doll. It is fun to make and looks great on the doll.

It is crocheted in one piece from the top down. The trim on the sleeves, and around the collar is added after the body is crocheted. It has a back button closure, as well as being tied with ribbon.

Materials Needed:
-Fingering Weight Yarn (#1)
-Crochet Hook Size D/3-3.25 MM
-Sharp Needle to weave in your loose ends
-3/8” Grosgrain Ribbon (optional)
-1/2” Plastic Button for the closure at the back of the dress
-Hot glue gun (optional) for the bow on the front of the dress
