Doll's Knitted Outfit
This pattern is
available for free.
Doll’s knitted outfit, comprising vest, pilchers, frocks and bonnet, should prove useful to mothers of little girls who are finding it extremely difficult to make ends meet. As so many women knit at a different tension, some loosely and some tightly, the garments when finished will be large or small, according to the tension, so that the slogan should be “Clothes first and doll afterwards.” All the garments are simple and easy to make, and it is surprising how short a time it takes before they are finished.
Materials necessary are five skeins of 3-ply wool, two No. 9 bone knitting needles, and three yards of bebe ribbon.
