Have crochet a variant, and as she not are in wool ,but cotton / acrylic she was named Dolly, after the cloned sheep.
Made this sheep in same size as Ull-Rik so the clothes I made for him fits Dolly too.

I have used a smaller hook than recommended for the yarn, to make it a little tighter.
The yarn i used was little more than 3 balls, buy four, so if you use a little larger crochet hook it still sufficent. Do you want to make two sheep, it is enough with 7 yarn balls.
