DollyDoll - free crochet pattern

Need a quick gift for a special little girl or boy? Crocheting for charity? Pretty leftover yarns in multiple colours hideing in your stash? Meet the DollyDoll.

This doll stands 12cm tall and can be done in one day (but I recommend doing it in two days, to have time and leisure to work on the little details - like hair and embroidery - without pressure). The head, body and trousers are worked in one piece. shoes, arms, tunic and hair are done seperately and sewn on later. The doll is quite flat, wich makes her perfect for being carried in a pocket. She can be customized in many ways, with longer or shorter tunics, different colour combinations, striped clothes, crazy hairstyles, …. let your creativity run wild!

Materials:

• yarn (any yarn, really, leftovers are perfect)
• crochet hook (about 1-2 sizes smaller than recommended for your yarn)
• darning needle stuffing material
• safety eyes (optional)

The pattern contains written instructions and a picture guide showing (nearly) every step at the end of the document.
