A machine knitting pattern. The Dominic cowl pattern is a fair isle cowl worked in 2 colors with a rolled top and bottom hem. It is worked in rows on a standard gauge flat bed knitting machine then seamed by hand up the side. You can use any fair isle punch card to create the fabric design you want.
