This pattern includes 12 pages with instruction and a step-by-step photo tutorial (37 photos) showing you how to crochet your very own adorable snowman Donald Duck with hat, scarf and mittens. The Instruction is in American and British Standard Terms.

Difficulty level: advanced beginner

Size: With the material suggested in this guide, the snowman will be 10 cm. If you use thicker yarn, the snowman will be bigger.

Materials:
• Yarn: white, black, blue, yellow, orange, pink, beige. I used YarnArt Begonia (100% cotton, 50g/169m).
• Hook: 2 mm
• Scissors.
• Filling material of your choice.
• Needle.

Abbreviations
The pattern is worked using US Crochet Terms. Conversions to UK terms are shown below in parentheses:
mr - magic ring (magic ring)
ch - chain (chain)
sc - single crochet (double crochet)
sc back loop only - single crochet back loop only (double crochet back loop only) To make a stitch in the back loop only, you have to insert your hook in the middle of the “v” and grab only the part of the “v” that is further from you, that is the back loop. Next, make the stitch as usually.
inc - increase in single crochet (increase in double crochet)
dec - decrease in single crochet (decrease in double crochet)
hdc - half double crochet (half treble crochet)
dc - double crochet (treble crochet)
