Donau Wrap
Donau Wrap is a light wrap 82 inches (208 cm) in length by 21 inches (53cm) at the widest point. Donau is Danube in German, and I named it this because the Noro colorway reminded me of the river I saw in both Germany and Serbia. Both sides of the wrap come to a point, so that it is not completely rectangular in shape. Although I have provided a gauge above, gauge is not really that important for this project. The edging is a long repeat over several stitches, and each point ends with picots. Donau wrap is a nice accessory for evening or daytime and can be worn from spring through the fall. The pattern pdf includes up-close photos of the edging and the body stitches.
Stitches used: Chain, single crochet, half-double crochet, double crochet, triple crochet, slip stitch.
