Donny the Donkey is the fourth member of my Farmyard Collection. This pattern adds an adorable, yet slightly goofy donkey to your menargie of farm animals. He is the perfect size to be hugged and cuddled by a young child. I used chunky chenille yarn and a 3,5mm hook to create this medium sized donkey. You can create a bigger donkey with thicker yarn and a larger hook or a smaller donkey with thinner yarn and a thinner hook. Although the pattern used chenille yarn, you can make use of any yarn you prefer so long as you pick a hook size that matches your yarn.
