Who wouldn’t love some cute donut coasters to go with your daily coffee/tea, or even beer/wine?

These donut coasters are super easy and quick to work up and would make the perfect gift for yourself as well as your donut loving families and friends!

The coasters are worked in the rounds with simple techniques and a simple color change. Hence I have rated the pattern as Easy.

For the coasters in the photos, I used 100% cotton yarn from Sugar’n Cream. Each skein is 2.5oz and can make many coasters. I recommend using cotton yarn for coasters as they are more absorbent and heat resistant than synthetic fibers or animal fibers and they provide better structure. They are also machine washable so they are easier to clean and maintain if they get stained from your beverage.

The coaster should measure around 4 inches in diameter, suitable for most mugs, cups, cans, and bottles.
