Doodle Sweater
The Doodle Sweater came to life as I was doodling on a piece of scrap paper while talking on the phone – I created itself!
It is a simple top-down construction, with heavy cables coming out of the folded over neckline, continuing down the sleeves. Knit in heavy yarn on larger needles, this is a quick project for those times where you just need some instant gratification.
Sizes:
1-2-3 (4-5-6)
Chest circumference (on finished garment):
118-128-138 (149-158-169) cm / 46.4-50.4-54.3 (58.3-62.2-66.1) in
Recommended ease:
The Doodle sweater is designed to be close fitting over shoulders and chest and have a lot of positive ease in the body. The sleeves are long and close fitting.
I recommend 10–30 cm (4-12 in) ease, depending on how loose-fitting you like your sweaters to be.
Length:
54-55-56 (58-60-62) cm / 21.3-21.7-22 (22.8-23.6-24.4) in
Yardage:
560-630-700 (840-910-980) meter / 613-689-766 (919-995-1072) yards aran weight yarn, approximately 140 meters pr. 100 gr.
