This playful head scarf ties on and can be worn in a variety of ways. This quick accessory features a yarn with a silky sheen and a provisional cast-on for a seamless-looking piece.
Finished Size 29½ (31½)“ long and 3” wide, yielding about 16 (18)” circumference when tied. Head scarf shown measures 29½“.
Yarn The Fibre Company Canopy Fingering (50% baby alpaca, 30% merino, 20% viscose bamboo; 200 yd 182 m/1¾ oz 50 g): #052 dragonfruit, 1 skein. Yarn distributed by Kelbourne Woolens.
Needles Size 3 (3.25 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Tapestry needle.
Gauge 32 sts and 32 rows = 4” in St st.
